Lumba word came from Rajasthan, which means Bangle.
Lumbas are very vibrant, colourful and designed with dangling decorative pieces. These are beautified with ghungroos, mirrors, stones and what not.
A sister ties these Lumbas on the wrist of sis-in-law, signifying the whole hearted acceptance of sis-in-law in her brother’s life.
