Wedding cards with printing the dispatch time is from 10 to 14 Business Working days from the day customer approves the final proofs.
Wedding cards without printing the dispatch time is from 6 to 8 Business Working days from the day customer approves the final proofs.
Vishakha Collections is not at all liable for damage to goods during transit through it promises utmost care while packing goods for dispatch.
You might be charged an import duty depending upon your country. Sometimes courier companies charge for extended service area charges. All such charges are to be paid by the receiver. The courier company shall be billing this amount and we don’t have any control on this.
After order is dispatched, we will provide Customer the tracking id, it is requested to customer to please track the courier with the courier partner using the tracking id shared, as any delay from courier side is not our responsibility and sole ownership of the courier company.
In case courier person try to contact you on phone and you are not reachable or the address provided is incorrect, we would not be responsible for any delay in delivery or the parcel is marked RTO.
Vishakha Collections is not at all responsible for delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances like any natural calamity or delay on the part of the courier due to any reason that is not under control of Vishakha Collections. No refund shall be provided in such cases.
If you have any special courier partner you want to choose, you have to suggest at the time of placing order, we will try our best to use same courier but not a guarantee, courier partner subject to availability of service and service charges in your area. You might need to pay extra for the desired courier partner, which will be suggested to you at the time or order placement or dispatch.
Due to any operational, or stock imbalance if your card is not available we will contact customer with in 48 Hours of placing order, and will suggest customer the same, We will show customer the available options with out any extra charges (if lower price card chosen, rest of the amount will be refunded), or customer can opt for cancelling of order, we will revert the payment with in 72 hours.
Non Printed Cards Orders, Due to any issue if the customer want the cancel the order (non printed cards only) before dispatching there are no charges, but after the cards are dispatched no cancellation request will be entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 Hours after receiving the request.
Printed Cards Order can be cancelled only with in 24 Hours after placing order, after which no cancellation request will be entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 Hours after receiving the request.
To Better Resolve the Dispute, it is required to please record the video of the parcel opening clearly showing what is received and in what condition, After review of the video and courier partner explanation we will provide appropriate solution to our customer with in 5 working days.
In case of a important communication to customer, if the customer is not reachable on phone, we will send whatsapp communication, and we will consider that the customer is been informed.
Placing of order will be considered as your agreement with the Terms mentioned above.
All rights are reserved by Vishakha Collections, In any unseen situations like technical issues or any other operational issues, We (Vishakha Collections), hold full rights to cancel the order at any time with full refund of the amount paid by customer, in case of the order cancellation decision is made by us (Vishakha Collections).
